Gatekeepers: The Final Test

Foreword:
This 'fanfic' tells the story (that I made up) where the A.E.G.I.S. group take a test--which decides if they should stay on the team or not.

Part One- Mail

Shun Ukiya opened his Internet mailbox, then clicked a message entitled "TO GATEKEEPER SHUN". The message said:

To Shun,
Please come to the HQ tomorrow morning, exactly eight o'clock. All the other members will also come. Your career as a Gatekeeper depends on this event. Please bring the following:

1. Your ID card
1. Your backpack, including the gadgets and stuff given to you
1. Lastly, your handbook

Shun printed the email, then stuffed it in the pocket of his backpack. He then hung his backpack on his shoulder and biked over to Kaoru's. Kaoru opened the door and greeted him. " Did you read your email? From the Chief?" Shun asked. Kaoru, in her runner clothes, nodded. " I am afraid I will lose the job," Kaoru replied. Shun gave a relieving pat on Kaoru's shoulder. " Don't worry. I think you're a great teammate. Besides, maybe it's just some easy test." Shun said, as they picked up Kaoru's backpack, which was lying on the floor. They biked over to Ruriko's, who also received the mail. Ruriko brushed her hair, then joined the little party over to Megumi's. They all fetched the remaining members (including Specs and Bancho, except Yukino) and camped under tents Bancho provided. The next morning, Megumi was already awake, reading a book. Shun woke up, rubbing his sleepy eye. Ruriko woke up in her nightwear. And due to the terrible appeal of Ruriko to Shun, she dressed immediately in her casual clothes. Specs was already in the HQ, and it was obvious, for his tent space was clean, except for the soil and grass. They set off, after private baths in the river (specially covered by Bancho's "Bath Shield"). " Bancho, how do you get all these stuff? Do you camp always?" Feye Feye asked, catching up with Bancho. " Yeah. My mother and father used to take me and my brothers to fish, and ending up with just one wimpy fish in the night, we camped on the ground beside the lake." Bancho answered. After eating two whole bags of chips, Shun burped out loudly. " Excuse you," Ruriko said, disgusted.

Part Two-HQ

They finally reached the HQ, and they were so tired, that they panted when the metal doors opened. " Konnichiwa," Specs greeted them with a Japanese accent. Reiko grunted, because of the weight of her battery-operated keyboard she's carrying. " Why on earth did you bring such a thing?" Specs said, bringing the keyboard to the Mechanical Station. The Chief greeted them with a discouraging smile. " I suppose you all are curious of what's happening today. I'll answer your queries in mind. Today, you will take your Final Test." The Chief said, his swallowtail coat waving behind him. Shun was struck by the test. Would I pass? Would I still remain Captain Shun Ukiya, owner of the blue gate? He thought. They followed the Chief as he walked through the winding halls filled with darkness. " I hope this test isn't the kind my strength couldn't take," Kaoru said, worried. " I you can't take the test, well, I won't either!" Feye Feye said, biting her nails. They finally reached an orange metal door that said in big, bold letters:

TAB ROOM 48-TEST ROOM

What could be in the room behind the door? Will Kaoru, the strongest among them, manage to pass the test?
