Hey. This is my very first fic. Hope you all enjoy. Please e-mail me to tell me how you think of it. Into Kagome’s World Chapter One: Is Kagome going home for good? The whole gang is at Lady Kaede’s village. They are getting ready to walk Kagome to the well. Since Naraku is now defeated and the jewel shards are found, there is no reason for Kagome to stay around. The other night they had a celebration in her honor. For all she had did for them. Everyone showed their appreciation for her by joining in, except for Inu Yasha; he was up in his tree the whole time. In the morning Inu Yasha was waiting impatiently for the group to get ready. “Kagome hurry up! We don’t have all day you know!” Inu Yasha pouts at Kagome. “Inu Yasha, you sound eager for me to go…” Kagome said quietly. “Well, didn’t you say you had to study for a math exam. If you get home early you could study for it.” And after that Inu Yasha climbed up his tree. “Call me when you’re ready!” Kagome started thinking about how much Inu Yasha cared. She started to weeping a bit, thinking how she was going to miss everyone, especially Inu Yasha…All of the sudden she bumped into someone. “Oh Lady Kaede, I’m sorry…” “It’s ok child. Why the tears?” “Oh, it’s nothing, just thinking how I’m gonna…miss everyone…” She started crying again. “Kagome, remember we’re always with you ye no matter where ye are. Through these gifts that we present you could communicate ye thoughts to us.” At that moment, Sango, Miroku and Shippo came up to Kagome giving her gifts. “Thank you all!” “Now where’s Inu Yasha, he should be her sharing this last moment as well.” Miroku said. “He’s up there in that tree.” Shippo squeaked. “Well, just call him down. Tell him we’re leaving now.” Kagome said quietly. “Well, Kagome, I’m sorry I cannot accompany ye. For this old lady is not like her old self. Thank you for everything. Follow your dreams young one and take care.” Kagome, gently places all her memories into her backpack and climbs onto her bike. Once they were out of the village, Inu Yasha jumps down from his tree and starts to follow them. Then, Lady Kaede stops him. “Inu Yasha, ye must show his true feelings for Kagome before she leaves.” “What how did you get here! And how do you know that I care. I mean I said I don’t care. Well, I do care I mean…” “Inu Yasha, ye must calm down. Kagome is leaving, how do you think she’s feeling?” “I just didn’t want to see her cry again, like she was with you. All right I will. I’ll just say bye.” And with that he starts in the direction of the well. “I wonder where’s Inu Yasha.” Sango started whispering to Miroku. Shippo started to join in to the conversation too. “Hey there’s Inu Yasha. Hey Inu Yasha!” Inu Yasha starts talking to himself. “Oh great, they’ve seen me. But I haven’t figured out what I’ll say to Kagome. I’ll just keep my distance and pretend I never heard them.” “That’s strange, Inu Yasha usually leads now he’s behind.” Miroku remark. “Just leave Inu Yasha alone, he’s just going through his moments.” Kagome said. “Well that’s one BIG moment, cause he’s all bummed out about something.” Sango said. “That’s nothing, Inu Yasha just upset because Kagome’s leaving and he’ll not see Kagome again. He’s all the way back there cause he hasn’t thought of something to say to Kagome before she leaves and he really wants to since cares.” Shippo said. From a distance you could see Inu Yasha’s ears starts twitching. He runs up and hits Shippo on the head. “I don’t care one little bit.” He looks up and meets Kagome’s eyes. “Well I care a…forget it!” He runs back to his spot and starts walking slowly. Miroku yells out at Inu Yasha. “Hey Inu Yasha. I can always give you tips on how to talk to women.” Inu Yasha runs back and hits Miroku on the head. “I don’t need your help monk.” Then he runs back again to his spot. Sango starts questioning Miroku. “When did you start giving advice sessions?” “Ummmmm……” “Please don’t answer that!” So they’re all walking in silence. Inu Yasha finally makes up his mind about what he’ll say to Kagome. “Thank you for everything Kagome. I’ll miss you, but I’ll always keep you in my heart and I’ll never forget you. Let’s just hope Miroku and the others will leave when I’m saying this or they’ll starts bugging me. I’ll just go with Kagome down the well and tell her.” Inu Yasha looks up; they’re almost at the well. All of the sudden you hear Kagome scream and the sound of a tree falling on the well. In the background you can hear Jaken’s voce saying…”Master Sesshomaru.” Ok, guys. This is it. The next Chapter. Let's justr say you weren't expecting this. |
