That is about the most abstract question I have ever heard. Good music is the very epitome of the ear of the beholder. Now if you are looking for something that you will not hear on every street corner, Then I might suggest you try Texhnolyze, the lead intro song is done by Juno Reactor. Well worth the effort to download.

There is a lot of great anime music out there. My favorites are the original Japanese soundtracks or vocal albums. A lot of anime have good vocal image albums (songs by the voice actors - CCS,Fushigi yugi, Yu Yu Hakusho) Some anime with all around good music are Inu Yasha, Rurouni Kenshin, Slayers, & Ah! my Goddess. Alot depends on your taste, from cutsey or fun (CCS,Ranma 1/2,) to mainstream (Inu Yasha,Kenshin)to romantic (Ai Yori Aoshi, Someday's Dreamers) to something with variety(Yu-Gi-Oh,which has soft ,jazz, rock & techno beats etc.) Check out some of the various websites that have song clips or MP3 downloads (there are several).
