Rank: 23 | DIvX is really god, though the compression af v5 is better than the older ones, then on the other side I think Xvid is much more easier to handle, than DIvX.
BUt I usualy uses and downloads .OGM format, more easier, with the subtitles and Dual sound, though you can get a a dobble layer audio on DivX and Xvid, but then the file is larger then the .OGM (actualy the .OGM i compressins is quite similier to the DivX and Xvid)
Well this is just my oppinion ^__^

Rank: 284 | | Well, it does show good qulity, the only problem I have with Divx is the movie files are too big to handle in the Hardrive, but its the price to pay to watch them that all that matters. |

If ou download this pack, you eill get the most common codecs (usualy the only ones you need) It's great and you should get VideoLan Player as well..
The DIvX and XviD format comes with both programes ^__^
