The forum could be better. There are many wonderful forum sites where you can customize the html, javascript, and CSS. Maybe you should switch to one of those big forums sites like invisionfree, ezboard, or proboards. I think those are the best, though invisionfree is much better. Make your own layout or take one (and credit) one from those free anime sites. Such as, daydreamgraphics.com. That is like... the best known community for such things. This will make your site look much better, I think.
