Animelab.com: Animelab Message Board: problems with downloading

I am having a bit of a problem downloading Tennis no Ojisama.  I downloaded episodes 1-10 fine, but everytime I try to download 11-15, I'm getting an error window, and I don't know why.

What it says is:  - problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10061, 'connection refused').

I've tried clearing my temporary internet files, cookies are enabled, I have disabled all security settings... can anyone shed any light on what the problem is and how I solve it?
