This is a show about a project to protect the earth called the Mew project. There are five chosen girls. Ichigo, the first girl is merged with the mountain cat. She is merged with the cat one day while she's on a date with her crush Ayoma. She first finds her powers when she sees Ayoma looking for her in the park. There is an alien paracite that infests a rat and the rat becoms a Kirema animal. It attacks Ayoma and tries to attack her but she's saved by a man named Ryo or Ryou. He helps her realize her power. The other girls names are, Zakuro-Grey Wolf, Purin-Golden Lion Tanderin, Retasu-Black Finless Porpois, and Minto-Blue Lorikeet.
