That's the question Kazuya Saotome is forced to answer after a "revenge" plot by his "great rival" Nanbara goes awry...and a tiny 12 inch cybernetic maid doll named May is delivered to his door, ready to take care of Kazuya's every need, and all with a sweet smile. n.n May...soon joined by fellow CyberDolls Kei, Sara, Rena and Mami vault Kazuya into a strange (yet comical) world of the cutting edge of computer peripherals and love triangles. And that's not even counting the cute girl that lives across the way n.n
The plot behind the anime Hand Maid May seemed like a basic "love triangle" Tenchi Muyo style story at first...until about midway through the series, when suddenly plot twists and surprises are thrown at you. These little surprises and twists brought an amazing life and originality to the series like I haven't seen before. I was riveted to my seat to find out what was going to happen next!
The dub of this series is also pretty good, I had no problems with it. The art style was soft and fit the series very well. The character designs were also very cute and very original. I suggest this series to anyone who enjoys romance-comedy series such as Tenchi Muyo or Love Hina.
