Rank: 17 | | Oh! My Goddess is about a boy, Morisato Keiichi who misdial to the Relief Goddess Office while trying to order some noodles and accidentaly summoned a goddess, Belldandy. Belldandy urged that she could grant him a wish. Thinking that it was probably a prank that his seniors set on him knowing that he doesn't have a girl-friend due to his height, Keiichi wishes that the goddess to stay with him. In his suprise, Belldandy actually grants his wish and they have to move out because girls are not allowed in the boy's dormitory. After having their live settled, Belldandy's elder sister, Urd came to them by her traveling medium (television) and then followed by Belldandy's younger sister Sculd who misses Belldandy and have prejudice against Keiichi since he makes a stupid wish (not to mention Belldandy herself was happy to serve Keiichi). Keiichi and Belldandy shared uncountable bitter and sweet moments in which they've actually fall in love with each other! In the OVA series end, it happens that Keiichi and Belldandy had already known each other in the past when they're younger. Its just that Keiichi's memory had been erased, but he did remembered Belldandy from the bottom of his heart. This is a lovely love story worthwhile to watch, from this anime you can see through Belldandy's hope and Keiichi's passion to be with each other forever and ever no matter what happens. |
