Nice one. Firstly it sure look kind of weird, with it's funny song (remind me of one of those tokusatsu's) and not-so-great mecha design.
It starts with Gain, who's captured by Syberian Railroad securities. And then the story turned to Gainer, a video game champion who's don't have his parents anymore. When at school, some strange costumed chick come to his class, and shouting his name. Dazzled what's going on Gainer dragged and accused as one of "exodus", people who's try to escape from Siberia.
In the Jail he met Gain, and accidentaly and reluctantly he join the exodus (Gain apparently is some kind of an exodus expert) and steal an Overman (mecha naming in this anime) with Gain.
And so the exodus starts, and then Gainer found his whole classmate and his teacher involved in the exodus too.
WHile it's not as fenomenal as Nadesico or even Evangelion, it's worth watching. imagining you and your friend involved in an exodus sure is fun!!
