Yuske Urameshi is one rude and obnoxious, ordinary 14yr old boy. Or well, very ordinary until one day when he risks his life for a little boy and ends up floating in the sky as a ghost. Then the hot grimreeper shows and says he deserves a second chance for no one in spirit world knew HE out of all people could risk his life for something like that. Once he was revived
he thought he could live his life normally once again though to his suprise he is forced to be the Spirit dectective. And thet's where this story begins along his journey he meets new freings rivals and enemies that make his job harder. He fights through these challenges along with his team. Their strong bonds is what will keep them together.

A melted heart Ch. 1
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yuskae Uramashie, a nice boy, a kind boy...but also a stupid boy. "YUSKAE URAMASHIE PAY ATTENTION!!" The teacher yelled at the sleeping student. "WOAH WHAT HUH?!?!" Yuskae yelled. The teacher just shook his head and went back to the lesson. "Nice job boy" His seat partnet, also his new friend; Cristina, whisperd to him. "Oh shut up Cris." Yuskae said to her, but she just laughed. At the end of class, Yuskae and Cristina headed to the cafeteria. "Hey hey hey Cristina whats cracking??" Kuwabara asked putting a hand around Cristina's shoulders. Cristina just rolled her eyes and gave him a tick tack "Your breath, damn don't you ever brush?" Cristina asked trying hard not to throw up. "Hey guys" Keiko said taking a sit on the bench of the tabel. Yuskae put his arm around Keiko and Keiko blushed. "Awww aint that sweet?" "Ya that should be us!!" Kuwabara said. "Dream on" Cristina said. At the end of class, Yuskae, Kuwabara, and Cristina; Keiko at school, decided to go to a burger joint and get something to eat. They took a seat and started talking about cars for some reason. "HELL NO BMWS ARE SO MUCH BETTER!" Cristina shouted at Kuwabara "DREAM ON PRETTY LADY BUGGIES ARE BETTER" "BMW" "BUGGIES" "BMWS!!" They both glared at each other while Yuskae just looked through the menu boredly. "Ya guys ok shut up im hungry" "HMPH fine but ya know BMWs are so much better" Cristina said sitting down finally. They all orderd a cheeseburger.
PAUSE!
Alright let me explain Cristina to you guys got a little while, Cristina has brown hair and brown eyes, she is short but not to short ya know what im saying? she's like 5'3 (lets make hiei a little taller) Cristina and Yuskae were friends ever since they were little (just like Keiko and him) Cristina knows about the spirit world just like Keiko. ALRIGHT THATS IT BACK TO THE Fic...oh and she is also 16!! EVERYONE IS LIKE 17 and 18!
UNPAUSE
"So you guys get any missions lately?" Cristina asked. "No surprisingly" Yuskae said gobbling up his french fries. "It's kind of weird, usually we get like 20 missions in one day" Kuwabara said. "Yeah i guess the demons finally learned their lesson" Cristina said smileing. "Damn right" Yuskae said. "Hey i got an idea lets go visit Kurama!" Kuwabara said. "Kurama?" Cristina asked. "Yeah he's a friend of ours" "Oh you mean the guy with the flower" Cristian said nodding her head. "What you need help with your homework?" Asked Yuskae "NO!!!....well yeah i kind of do" Kuwabara said. They all just shook their head and paid for the food. They all walked to Kuramas house. Cristina being first to get to the door rang the doorbell. "Oh hell there are you suichie's friends?" They all nodded and the loving mother let them inside. "Hm? hey guys whats up?" Kurama asked looking up from his book. "and whoes this?" Kurama asked. "Well uhh ya i need help with my homework and this is Cristina" Kuwabara said scratching his head. "Hello there cristina" Kurama said shakeing hands with her. Cristina blushed. *he's cute* Cristina thought in her head.
Yu Yu Hakusho is an anime show and a manga. It takes place in Japan during a modern setting. It is about a 14 year old named Yusuke Urameshi, who is a bully. He is usually rude to other people including teachers and his childhood friend Keiko; Keiko tries to help Yusuke to be nicer, but he just keeps yelling or making fun of her.
One day his whole life changed when he met a kid who was playing near the street. Even though Yusuke is rude and could care less he tries to tell the kid to play somewhere else. TH e kid didn't listen and almost got ran over by a car, but Yusuke pushed the kid away and got killed. So, he died, but the story is just starting. Yusuke's ghost hovers above and he starts getting ticked off at the paramedics who are taking his body away. Then he meets the grim reaper, Boatan. She isn't as dark and scary as Yusuke thought she should be; instead she hasd a pink kimono and says "bingo" a lot. She take him to see someone who can get his life backby letting him take a test. While Yusuke waits for the test to end he goes on diferent adventures doing good deeds for the living. After a few months he is back and feeling good about it too.Then he starts causing some trouble again. One day Botan returns and tells Yusuke he now has spirit powers and must become a spirit detective. So, he starts going on his missions which get harder and hader. He also forms a team with Kuwabara, Karama, and Hiei. Anyway this one of my favorite animes/mangas.
Poltergeist Report: Yu Yu Hakusho
After watching the first Yu Yu Hakusho movie, I certainly wasn't too keen on watching the second. My expectations were set very low, and even have said that, I was still a little surprised by this movie.
The main problem with the first movie was lack of proper character introductions for those who hadn't seen the TV series. This offering does do a better job presenting the characters, and also setting the pace. Events do tend to move a little quicker than I would have liked, but at least I was able to get a general idea of who's who and what's what. There were still some plot elements which might confuse anyone but a Yu Yu Hakusho fan, but those were thankfully kept to a minimum.
The story line itself wasn't terribly original, revolving around a seemingly undefeatable opponent bent on overtaking the world. Yup, someone else has their eyes set on good ol' mother Earth. With a plot like this, it's only too soon before various nasty demon-types make their appearance, and loads of action (with loads of collateral damage) is the result. Thankfully, though, the action sequences were at least interesting to watch (most of the time). There are some truly well-choreographed fight scenes to be witnessed, and I particularly enjoyed the bout between Kazuma and Majari. However, the final duel, while initially exciting, tended to drag on (and on, and on...) a little too long. And I was also left wondering why the main characters took so long to learn to fight as a team. Of course, that would've probably made for a much quicker movie, and we don't want that, do we?
As for the production quality of this movie, it was certainly technically better than the first one. While the art and animation weren't eye-popping, they were still fairly colorful and easy on the eyes. And the music, at times, was particularly enjoyable to listen to.
If you're a Yu Yu Hakusho fan, or even just an action junkie, then check out this movie. It's not exactly intellectually inspiring, but still provides some decent entertainment for an hour-and-a-half.
A great show, I love Kurama, his voice, eyes and all. The story is great too, boy dies, finds out he dies for no apparent reason, gets stuck with a bubbly girl, and come back to life!!
As the plot continues, it gets more into a DBZ theme, but yet, it has its oringinality. Yusuke is both Funny and Serious, and look at his inner self Puu. Kuwabara is a dork, but in a good way. Always messing up tho. Hiei is quiet and seems like the type to enjoy a good kill. W/ his Jagan eye, what can make him seem more scary, but that never stopped Kurama. Kurama, a demon as well, but unlike thoose ugly demons you see, Kurama, is quiet, calm, pois and deadly. What w/ his rose whip, no wonder girls r all over him, I know I am.
a Good show to watch if you want fighting, and humor. Oh yeah, did I mention Yusukes Rei gun...?
I give it a top 10, bishounens, for the girls and I supposed Bishojou's, but I'm all w/ Bishounens.
Yu Yu Hakusho known as Poltergeist Files or Report is one of the animes I saw online a long time ago and decided to get the movie of it. I saw the movie and think it was good! I mean, Yu Yu Hakusho is more for boys than girls (that's what Yoshihiro Togashi said to Shonen JUMP in May ,2003 interview). Now that the t.v. series is on Toonami and DVD, I started to watch it and enjoyed it! My favorite characters are Yusuke and Kurama!
The story is about Yusuke Urameshi, a tough 8th grader who one day saves a boy from being hit by a car and dies! After Yusuke discovers he is dead, a girl named Boten appears to him from the "Spirit World" where she takes care of Yusuke. Soon Yusuke is able to come back to his body and live again only if he agrees to take care of any demons who come to destroy Tokyo with others helping him!
I liked Yu Yu Hakusho alot and want to watch and read the manga more! It's has been known to be on Toonami, weekdays at 6:00 with cut version. It's best to see this anime and any other anime in uncut version, so try to find Yu Yu Hakusho on DVD but it contains blood, cursing and more. Just to tell ya!
Yuu Yuu Hakusho is a GREAT anime. Finally, Cartoon Network had the brains to put it on at an earlier time (6:00 p.m.) The only thing they changed on it was that the profanity in it was completely cleaned out. Personally, I really didn't like this idea (I find profanity makes the anime seems to make the dialogue sound more true). But whatever, a deal's a deal. I don't like the fact that they make Yuu Yuu Hakusho look like a kid's show, but whatever.
Yuu Yuu Hakusho tells the story of a 14-year-old of a boy named Yusuke Urameshi, who loves fighting (martial arts-style), ditching school, and all that bad-boy stuff. Basically he's Ranma (of Ranma 1/2), Kaneda (of Akira), and InuYasha (of...well, InuYasha) all combined into one. He has Ranma's love-to-fight taste, Kaneda's bad-boy streak, and InuYasha's attitude. He'd probably be the most likely to have a showdown with Ranma, join Kaneda's motorcycle gang (or maybe fight them), and argue with InuYasha. But back to the story. Yusuke thinks no one really likes him, and doesn't really think there's any point in living. Then, he saves a little boy who was going to be hit by a car, but Yusuke got hit and killed instead.
When Yusuke wakes up, he realizes he is no longer in his true body, when he sees himself dead on the street with parametics carrying his dead body into the ambulance. Yusuke then meets the "grim reaper, Botan. Botan isn't a hooded figure with a skeleton's face, but a sunny young girl riding on a...paddle? She tell Yusuke that he can come back to life if he goes through an ordeal. Yusuke rejects this idea, thinking that no one really cares about him, and that him being dead will make the lives of others much more easier. But when Yusuke sees his mother, a schoolgirl named Keiko, and a stupid street-fighter (like Yusuke, and yes, he does fight with Yusuke, litterally) named Kuwebara (sp?) mourning because of his death, he deciedes to go through the ordeal Botan offered him.
The ordeals are very difficult (especially the last one, but I'm not going to tell what it is, I don't want to spoil the suprise ^_^), but Yusuke manages to get through them, and ends up coming back to life. But...Botan makes Yusuke a Spirit Detective, which means--of course, solving cases that are...well, spiritual.
Yuu Yuu Hakusho is action-packed, but it has much comedy in it as well. The animation is so-so. No dreadful, but not fantastic either. It has DBZ-like animation. The characters develop soomthly, and the episodes are compelling. Don't hesitate, watch Yuu Yuu Hakusho!
