Beyblade is about a chubby kid named Tyson ( also known as Takao, but we'll call him Tyson). Tyson is a normal kid who happens to hate kendo lesson and loves to play toys called beyblade. One day, he was to beyblade against a friend of his, but a guy named Carlos, a member of blade sharks, took Tyson's friend's beyblade.Trying to get it back, he met a beyblade whiz named Kenny. Sooner or later he beat Carlos then met Kai, the leader of the blade sharks. He ended up hating Kai and trying to beat Kai. In that attempt, Tyson received a bitbeast called Dragoon. So that's pretty much how it goes, Tyson wins and loses some matches and ends up to be the world champion.Click here to submit a description!

The anime is dubbed from Japanese. The Nelvana dub of the anime is extremely retarded. Although the Japanese version of the anime is actually quite interesting.
