Kareshi Kanojyo no Jijyou is also known as Kare Kano (his and her circumstances). It's a very serious, romantic anime story. The creators have very nice drawings, but towards the end i think they ran out of money because it ended up having the characters attached to popsicle sticks running around with fake backgrounds and stuff.
